MS RICE AND GRAIN FACILITY
The Mississippi Rice and Grain Complex is a 1,500,000 +/- bushel Grain Elevator and Storage facility located on a 10-acre site on South Front Street in Drew, MS The facility was originally built in the 1970's and 80's when 25 of the brain bins were constructed. In 2012, 4 larger bins (178,000 bushel capacity) were constructed along with a Loop System. In addition to the Grain Bins, the facility has a 30,000 sq.ft. metal storage building, a 25 x 50 -ft. scale room.Office and a 100,000-lb capacity, 70-ft. scale. The scale room is equipped with Grading Equipment, and the shop has a good amount of shop equipment which is included in the sale.

Driving South from Memphis on Interstate 55 for approximately 60 miles, turn West on US Highway 278 for approximately 25 miles to Marks, MS, then turn South on MS Highway #3 to Tutwiler, MS, thenturn South and take U. S. Highway 49 West to Drew, MS. In Drew, turn West on Bridge Avenue for 1 block. The MS Rice and Grain Facility will be on your left and easily located.
Driving North From Jackson, MS, take U. S. Highway 49 to Yazoo City, then Highway 49 West on to Drew. Exit of Highway 49 W onto South Front Street and travel 3 blocks to the property on your right.
