When Christy and I made the drive to this property, we were taken by the beauty of the area and the privacy that it offers. Youll see from the satellite photos provided, neighbors are close but not too close. Overall, the property is heavily wooded but its nice because the underbrush is not too thick. There is some partial fencing along the western border. Rainbow trout fishing is just a quick drive at Roaring River State Park and Flag Spring Conservation Area is just to the south, allowing for some great places to adventure and then have your own private property to retreat back to.
This area appears to be a nice community that has many different types of homes. We saw people living in RVs, mobile homes, tiny homes, metal buildings, cabins and traditional style homes on their land. With plenty of space to hunt or build, its a great place to make some memories.
