Tract Description: The Fountain Hill South Tract is described as the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4, Section 8, Township 16 South, Range 7 West, Ashley County, Arkansas, containing 10 acres, more or less. The tract is located about 1.5 miles south of Fountain Hill, Arkansas west of Highway 425 on Park Road (gravel road). The timber on the tract consists of a native stand of pine sawtimber and pulpwood. The north and east lines are marked with white paint and the west and south are marked with yellow paint. This tract is being sold as Land and Timber combined.

The topography of the property is gently rolling. The soils on the property consist of predominately Ruston fine sandy loam with some Savannah fine sandy loam. It has a good average site index for Loblolly Pine of 84 Feet (base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey. The soils report indicates that this tract provides great timber growth potential.
