Wildlife: A variety of native wildlife call this impressive ranch home. Whitetail deer have been managed under an MLD Level III permit for a number of years producing an increasingly better trophy whitetail herd. The terrain provides for excellent dove and quail hunting.

Improvements: The ranch boasts a nice stucco Spanish style hunting lodge situated on a high elevation overlooking the South Texas terrain sprawling below and for miles around. The lodge faces an immaculately maintained front yard surrounded by the vast country side below. There are two very comfortable patio areas, one on the upper floor of the lodge overlooking the yard and the other located out of the living-room/dining-room also overlooking the yard, fire pit and areas of relaxation surrounded by the awesome South Texas sanctuary. The lodge is two-story and has 11 adjoining private suites, accessing the main portion of the lodge via a long covered walk-way. The lodge is equipped with telephone, internet, dish satellite and all rooms are decorated to reflect the Spanish and Southwestern heritage of the region. There are 1000 gallon gas and diesel tanks and three steel storage containers.
