The lot that is 50' has 2 graves that were found when cleaning up the lake bank. Per their attorney's instructions, they dug a normal depth grave and placed them in it and that is on the 50' lot. There is a deed restriction that says no structures can be built over that 50 ' except a driveway or walkway.
