This development is one of the most beautiful I've seen along the White River. It has so much to offer: It is a gated community of only 20 lots, and there is a private boat ramp for use by lot owners. The lot is about one acre in size and couldn't be on a prettier stretch of river. It is also high enough to avoid flooding. The development is tucked away below huge bluffs and lies at the end of a county road, so there is no traffic. While access to some developments may be cut off by high water conditions, this will not because there is another county road coming down off the mountain as an alternative route.
