These three choice sections of irrigated land are located on and adjacent to the Hartley/Moore County line west and north of Dumas, Texas and would afford large volume farming for a dairy or for grain, cotton or alfalfa.
They are equipped as follows:
Section # 373- Equipped with one ½ mile 1997 Reinke sprinkler nozzled for 1600 GPM with 11.2X38 tires and wheels (tall-new tires two years ago), new gear boxes three years ago and re-hosed this spring (drop hoses are spaced on 60” centers with pressure regulators).
There are four irrigation wells in use with turbine pumps powered by natural gas engines and a booster pump and 30 KW generator powered by a natural gas engine to provide water pressure and electricity for the sprinkler. These wells are all tied together with PVC pipe (mostly 50 # pipe-some 22 #).

Three of the wells are used in the sprinkler until summer when the fourth well is utilized.
Section #374- Equipped with one ½ mile sprinkler nozzled for 1000 GPM with the same make, age and equipment as listed on the sprinkler on Section #373.
There are three irrigation wells in use on section # 374 with two turbine pumps powered by natural gas engines and a submersible electric motor (thought to be 30 HP by the tenant) and pump in the third well with a natural gas powered generator for the sub. A natural gas engine powers a booster pump and generator at the pivot to provide pressure and electricity for the sprinkler.
A submersible electric motor (thought to be 20 HP by tenant) and pump has been installed in a fourth irrigation well and is being wired in to a natural gas powered generator.
Tenant anticipates raising the nozzle package on the sprinkler from 1000 GPM to 1200 GPM when fourth pump comes on line.
There is also a set of steel cattle pens on the extreme northeast corner of this section.
Section # 341-Equipped with one 1992 Reinke ½ mile sprinkler nozzled for 1200 GPM with 14.9X24 tires and wheels (standard height) with drop hoses spaced on 60” centers with pressure regulators.
There are two irrigation wells and an earthen collection pit at the pivot in use at this time.
The two irrigation wells have turbine pumps with natural gas engines and there is a natural gas powered booster pump and generator to provide pressure and electricity for the sprinkler.
These are choice farms with an excellent tenant and deserve full consideration by buyer!
