The L5 Ranch was once known as the "River Pasture of the Herradura". The property is an excellent hunting ranch falling into the boundaries of the "Golden Triangle". Having been high fenced and family hunted for the past 7 years, the average buck to come off the ranch is in the 160's, with bucks up to the 180 mark not uncommon. The pasture is about 75% brush, made up of mesquite, guajillo, black brush, and white brush; leaving 25% open grasslands and sparse brush.(Great during the rut, quail hunting or calling in that big turkey).

Water on the ranch is a shared well, and multiple dirt tanks, and wet weather sloughs.
There is an easement that runs along the northeast fence line for the east neighboring ranch owner Gus Comiskey.
No minerals are owned by current land owner and will not be part of this real estate transaction; however, per mineral owners, the sale of those minerals is negotiable.
Also for your convenience there is a registered airstrip.
