DEVELOPER LOT ~ This parcel, located within Birchwood, is being offered for development. As such it is NOT a membership lot and therefore there are NO DUES and NO INITIATION FEES for the developer. Once the property has been developed, with the approval of the Club ACC and Township, and the property has sold, the new owner(s) will become a Birchwood member(s) with all of the standard rights, fees and privileges. This lot has been approved for a 4~plex unit such as exist in the nearby Cottage units (See attachment). Other configurations can be presented to the Club ACC for approval for development. Developer can negotiate with Birchwood the time frame for development. All construction will adhere to standard Birchwood requirements. (See attachment)..
