TS Ranch is located approximately 4 miles Northeast of Graford, Texas and is on the north side of Old Christian Road in northern Palo Pinto County and southern Jack County, Texas. TS Ranch is approximately 40 minutes from Weatherford, Texas and 60 minutes from US 820 in Fort Worth, Texas.
The southern and northern portions of the TS Ranch are separated by a steep ridge line. The Southern portion has level to sloping upland topography. There are numerous creeks which lead on this area and flow in a general southerly direction. The Northern portion of the ranch lies on top of a steep and scenic ridge. The topography is gently rolling upland with several small creeks flowing in a westerly and northerly direction.

The TS Ranch has an excellent turf of native and improved grasses as well as warm and cool season forbs. Tree cover consist of Oak, elm, cedar and mesquite and ranges from scattered to dense in cover.
The carrying capacity for the TS Ranch has been estimated to be 120 animal units. The use is well suited for a horse operation as well as a cow/calf ranch or a yearling cattle operation.
The ranch is well configured into 15 separate pastures as well as traps, thus the moving of livestock from pasture to pasture or pasture to pens in very easy. Fences are for the most part in good to excellent condition.
Water, both domestic and livestock for the ranch is provided by twenty five earth ponds. Size of these ponds are from several acres to a normal stock pond size. A water system provides water to headquarters and drinking tubs in some of the pastures. One of the large reservoirs is spring fed.
Upon entering the TS Ranch you will pass through a beautiful rock entrance. A fenced access road leads you to a nice one story rock veneer residence with around 1380 square feet of living area and a 350 square foot patio. The residence is near the working improvements for the ranch. The working improvement
consists of a "Vet Barn" which has a living area with kitchen and bath, tack room and storage room. There is a large metal equipment shop with parking bays, and large equipment barn, a 4400 square foot hay barn, a small concrete block work shop, a scale shed housing a set of livestock scales, and a livestock working shed housing a hydraulic working chute and crowding alleys. There are livestock sheds incorporated with an exelllent set of corrals. Many of the pastures or paddocks have nice livestock or horse sheds. There is another set of corrals and livestock shed on the north end of the ranch.

If you like fishing you can wet a hook in many of the ponds and small lakes on this ranch or just pull your boat west approximately 20 minutes to Possum Kindgom Lake.
