Water: The ranch has 2 wells and 3 seasonal dirt tanks. The main well is windmill fed and also has a new cylinder and submersible pump. It provides water into a 15,000 gallon covered storage tank that supplies a 1000 gallon fiberglass lined drinker and is also piped to a separate storage for the home. The second well is only cased.
Wildlife: Located in Hunting Unit 15, this area is prized for its trophy hunting. Wildlife abound and include Elk, Mule Deer, Pronghorn Antelope and numerous smaller game animals. The owner has received land owner permits for antelope and elk in the past and is in the process of reapplying.
This well maintained ranch has excellent improvements, good fences and would make a great starter ranch. In the past, the current owner ran a very productive registered Angus herd and sold ranch raised bulls.
