Water: There are 3 water wells, a solar, a windmill, and an electric pump. The electric pump well has a water line which runs north thru the ranch to provide water along the way. Water is stored in a 5x30 concrete reservoir at the cattle pens and also stored in a 5x20 steel reservoir at the solar well. In addition to the well water, there are 3 small dirt tanks. Recreation: The ranch has been game fenced for many years, providing excellent trophy deer hunting. In addition to the trophy deer, there are a lot of Rio Grande Turkey and a small herd of Axis deer (approximately 25head). The deer are all native, no introduced genetics, with deer scoring as much as 199 5/8. The deer I have seen have all been in excellent condition.
