The Bar 05 Ranch is located North of Paducah in Cottle County on the North Pease River. The ranch lays on both sides of the river.

There are good perimeter fences and cross fences. A springfed creek is on the southwest side of the ranch and also two ponds. Rural water runs through the ranch for additional livestock and wildlife water. The Pease river runs approximately 1.8 miles through the property. The ranch has numerous food plots strategically placed for your whitetail, mule deer, and turkey hunting.

The topography is great with good cover.
