The Preserve is approximately 2,800 acres of scenic mountain property that offers spacious building lots along rolling ridges and lakes of the valley and view lots along the higher elevations along the side of Lookout Mountain. Enjoy all nature has to offer as you discover the miles of hiking and horse trails that wind through the development or while away the afternoon fishing or canoeing on one of several lakes. Located in and near The Preserve are several equestrian facilities. The Preserve is approximately 35 minutes from Chattanooga. Atlanta, Birmingham, Huntsville, and Nashville are within a couple of hours drive. There have been plans for many other amenities in the development, including a fitness center, spa, swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse, but the estimated completion date is not known.
