With increasing demand for municipal and industrial uses along the Madison and Missouri Rivers, this block of water rights represents a mid to long-term investment opportunity, which would be simple to own - no management, no maintenance, no property taxes. These important resources might also be attractive to downstream livestock and agricultural enterprises wishing to irrigate more land or to conservation groups desiring to enhance stream flows on a permanent basis.
