27-004 Cedar Creek Tract -
This beautiful Alabama River tract has 2.5 miles of river frontage, and an additional 0.5 mile of frontage on Cedar Creek, with a private boat launch on Cedar Creek. There are approximately 860 acres of mature bottomland hardwood and 330 acres of intensely managed loblolly pine plantations, much of plantations being currently mechantable. The breakdown on the plantations is as follows: 130 acres of 28-year old PP, 89 acres of 23-year old PP, 75 acres of 12-year old PP, and 35 acres of 11-year old PP.
