As you enter the ranch from State Highway 29 about 6 miles east of Menard through the newly built white Austin stone entrance with its designer solar powered gate, you will immediately notice the motts of live oak trees that have been trimmed to create a park like setting along the all weather caliche topped ranch road. The owners have built roads throughout the ranch. There are several newly cleared areas that have been designed as wonderful overlooks of the ranch and surrounding areas. One improved road leads from the cabin area winding down into the towering native Pecan trees along the beautiful San Saba River.
