The ranch is accessed with over 20 miles of well maintained caliche roads. There is 6000+- sq.ft. 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom lodge that is capable of accommodating large groups. There is also a 1320+- sq.ft. rustic cabin that will sleep 8-10 people. A 950+- foreman’s home is also on the property. Evening entertainment can be spent sitting around the campfire, swimming, playing pool, cards, or roulette. There is a 2500+- sq.ft. work shop and 1100+- sq.ft. barn. There is also a rifle and bow target range to hone your skills before going on that hunt, and a commercial style cleaning station with a walk in cooler and ice machine for preparing your game after and undoubtedly successful hunt. Other improvements include: all ranch equipment such as the hunting trucks, jeeps, 4 wheelers, trailers, tractor and implements, grain silo, and all blinds and feeders. The ranch has 2 water wells that feed all the houses and water troughs, a water storage tank, and 2 tanks that are stocked with catfish and bass.
