1,165+/- acres of which 156 acres are planted to improved grasses. The balance is currently being farmed as dryland, although there is infrastructure present for potential irrigation. The High Plains Water District shows 11 wells classified as current, four wells classified as abandoned, and eight wells classified as destroyed on the property. Of these wells, only two are currently in production and used for livestock water. The condition of the remainder is unknown. There is also a late 90's model one half mile sprinkler system on the farm. One of the previous uses of the property was to accept effluent water from a local corn mill.
