Location: Las Vistas Ranch is located 13 miles north of Brackettville, Texas off of Tularosa Road, in Kinney County.

Description: This low-fenced hunting ranch has rolling terrain, abundant water, great brush and native grasses, lots of big mesquites, huge oak trees, Mt. Laurel, Kidneywood, Ceneza, and Pinon Pines. Terrain ranges from good sandy loam soil to areas of caliche hills. Native landscape is very healthy as there has been no livestock on the ranch for several years.

Wildlife: This ranch has whitetail deer, axis deer, aoudads, red deer, dove, quail and turkey.

Water: Water resources include three solar powered water wells which are 300-400 feet deep, and one well that is ready for a pump but is not currently in use, three livestock/wildlife water troughs, and 2 ponds.
