This 1,110 acre property of Bottomland Hardwoods on the Mississippi is a fantastic recreational hunting tract. It offers huge whitetail deer, abundant ducks and even some turkeys running through the woods. There is an extensive road system throughout that provides easy internal access to the food plots and hunting areas. There are over 17 acres of developed food plots not including a 35 acre field that is usually planted in soybeans. There are several wetland areas that could be developed for terrific duck hunting along with the existing areas and the Old River Lake. This property is a great opportunity for the recreational buyer looking for some of the best hunting in the mid south along the Mississippi River. There is even some acreage on the protected side of the levee that is ideal for a cabin or lodge.
