One of a kind describes this reunion hall/meeting lodge adjacent to Promontory Park on Lake Proctor!

Attractively situated on a 1.03 acre tract of land, this weekend hideaway includes a picnic area, playground, several nice large Oak shade trees, and is only a short distance from the beautiful waters of the lake!

With accommodations for 50 people, the lodge is operated as a rental retreat, and is presently booked on weekends for most of the summer/fall of 2007.

The building is a 3330 sq. ft. frame structure with a cement slab foundation and a metal roof. The interior is designed with a large kitchen/dining/meeting area in the center, and there are bedrooms on each end of the building, each bedroom having commercial size bathrooms with double showers.
