This unique property combines elevation changes of over 150 feet with a mosaic mix of open prairie and Cross Timbers vegetation on the east portion of the ranch, to a mostly timber covered area on the west. Post oak, blackjack oak and hickory are found on the upland and red oak, sycamore, persimmon, red bud, plum and other lowland trees and shrubs are located along the creeks. One creek, on the west, traverses the tract from northeast to southwest and is fed by several small wet weather tributaries and springs. The barn and corrals are located in the eastern portion as well as the home that overlooks an approximately 3 acre lake.
