The property lies in three tracts west of Hereford, Texas. The first tract (Tract #1) is approximately 5 miles west of Hereford on the north side of FM 1058. This farm has 160 acres +/- with a very nice home containing three bedrooms, two baths and a beautiful, fully landscaped yard and patio area.
