Research Parcel InformationTwo gates---buyers' agent will have to accompany. From Linville Falls, go North on Hwy 221 to a left onto Hobs Knob Rd. Follow straight through the gate. Follow to a left onto Brushy Creek Rd then just after, another left onto Brushy Creek Dr. Stay straight to orange gate. After the orange gate use LandGlide or a similar app to see your approximate location. If coming from Spruce Pine you can also come up from 19E along Brushy Creek Rd.
