his is really special. If you have been looking to build in the country dont buy anything until you visit this one. Its a couple miles off limited-access US27 on Monroe Mill Road (paved), right before it crosses the Tallapoosa River. The neighborhood is nice and well kept. You have county water. But once you get out and start walking the property just speaks to you. The trees are old and majestic. Big white oaks dominate the tree type and shade out the understory. You cant tell if a tree has ever been cut. The best building site that has already had a perk test overlooks a nice year round creek that runs through the back one third of the property. The lines are flagged so come and walk it yourself and see if this is not what you have been waiting for.
