There are 4 food plots established on this tract and they are well dispersed so that several hunters can occupy the property without being near one another. The tract is nearly a mile long from north to south. Most of this tract lies in the first terrace flood plain of Abbie Creek but aside from periods of heavy rain, this tract doesnt stay very wet. Theres a good UTV trail system on most of the property. The northwestern most quadrant is currently accessed via footbridge, but a low water crossing could easily be installed across the Abbie to provide vehicular access.

Opportunities to build a camp on the tract are limited to a few higher elevation ridges along the western boundary county water and power are available along the 820 feet of paved road frontage on county road 46. This tract is just under 10 minutes from downtown Abbeville and about 30 minutes from Dothan and Eufaula respectively. Hardridge Creek and Highland Park on the south end of Lake Eufaula are 15 minutes east via county road 46.

This would be a great family hunting tract or partnership venture for a couple of hunting buddies.
