The 20x20 workshop is a great place for storage and a well built chicken house would make a great home for any hen. The cabin offers a drilled well, shower, generator, laundry area and privy. A septic is in place should you want to use it. The herbal gardens on the property are gorgeous. Trails lead into the forest for miles of hiking & snowshoeing etc.. Graveyard Point is access to Chesuncook Lake for boating, excellent salmon and trout fishing, canoeing etc.. This is just minutes away by foot.
