This property was formerly known as the Bay House Bed and Breakfast. It served the needs of travelers for over 20 years. It is a secluded and cherished property of Hawaii. There is also a small kitchenette area the guests enjoyed off the front door which was used for breakfast and refreshments. So, in total, there are 6 bedrooms and 5 baths accessed by stairs or a ramp along the side of the home.

Downstairs there is a massive entertainment area and basement. This can serve as a sanctuary, office, exercise area, or studio. Plumbing exists to possibly build an entertainment bar, kitchenette, and bathroom downstairs.
