This Mid-Century Modern house was purchased by the owners with the idea of returning it to its glory days. The bones of the house have been updated including New Furnace, Central air, Water Heater, and upgraded electrical. The first project was to create an open floor plan with new cabinets, appliances, new counter tops and tile flooring, then moving on to expanding the common bath with a large walk-in shower and all new amenities. The third project was creating a beautiful landscape for the front yard with an ornamental tree and shrub Garden, a 150 variety Iris Garden, gladiola garden and Lily Garden, and multiple bushes and evergreens.
