PLEASE COMPLETE MY FACE LIFT. I EVEN BOAST 2 LOTS. Wait until you see all that has already been started in my rehab. Most of my imperfections have been removed. A couple of my walls have been opened up so I could have a massive kitchen. I am so excited because I know how much potential I really have! I even have a balcony AND a covered porch. I almost forgot, I have a new Furnace & a new Central Air unit. Can you believe I am even tucked back off the road for some extra privacy. I have off street parking pad, and a 20' x 24' barn in my back yard. You could use it as storage or a workshop. I am conveniently located to lots of shopping, schools, bus routes, I-94, Toll Rd, and Blue Chip Casino. Lake Michigan Beaches and the zoo are right down the road.My Owner had a Roofing company look at me, and he even said that I still have quite a bit of life left...whooooo!! That's good to know!!!
