It's like walking into a new home. The current owners have done a lot of work to the house on both the main level and in the basement. So..... what's new.....furnace, duct work, water heater, central air, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, back splash and countertop in the kitchen, all the flooring AND the entire basement is finished and now hosts a master bedroom ensuite with granite counter tops in the bathroom, an oversized step-in shower, large walk-in closet, storage area and carpeted family room. The electrical and plumbing is new in the basement, too. The 1140 square footage in the basement is not included in square footage because there currently is no egress window.
