From Corpus Christi: Drive down TX-358 towards Flour Bluff. When you get to Flour Bluff exit Waldron Road and take the turn around back towards Corpus Christi. Stay on the access road until you reach McIver. Turn Right and follow until the road changes to hard pack sand. The property is the second lot on the left after the apartment complex.
