The camp is about 1800 sq ft heated, and is built high on timbers to prevent flooding and to provide storage and parking space underneath. It has fully insulated floor, walls, and ceiling, with central heat and air for year around comfort. Layout includes 3 large bedrooms with closets and two full bathrooms, as well as full kitchen and living room. A large climate controlled sunroom provides nice views of the water, and the deck is plumbed with gas, perfect for cooking your catch. Water is from a well, with pump located up on the camp. Appliances and most furniture remain with the camp, including chairs, couches, beds, stove, and a washer and dryer.
