The property, which is expected to open on March 1, 2020, will feature 170 rooms, a restaurant, a lounge, a caf, a poolside tiki bar and grill, 5,750 square feet of meeting space, two outdoor pools, an outdoor whirlpool, an outdoor children's pool, a fitness room, a business center, a boat dock, an outdoor stage, a game room, a market pantry, a guest laundry room, sport/game courts, a spa treatment room, two fire pits, a movie room, and a sundeck. The hotel will also contain the appropriate parking capacity (181 spaces) and all necessary back-of the-house space.
