The property is situated within the Tuscan Water District and is part of Vina Groundwater GSA. The GSA has been approved without any pumping limits imposed. The property features a combined pumping capacity of +/-11,500 GPM across its established wells.
Subject Property 1: Receives ground water via Subject Property 2 via an underground pipeline which conveys water under Meridian Road. There is a 30 HP electric booster on the 50 HP pump that irrigates Field 21. Trees are irrigated via solid set sprinklers.
Subject Property 2: Has three (3) wells. Domestic well (#22) has a 50 HP pump, Ag well (#23) has a 125 HP pump with a variable frequency drive (VFD) and Ag well (#24) has a 100 HP pump. Pumps for (#22, #23 and #24) have automated valves and automated irrigation start/stop with flow meters. There is high-pressure PVC underground, but trees are young and still irrigated via micro-sprinklers.
