Property is in the City of Dinuba General Plan as partial Commercial and partial Residential zoning.

Greenhouses

+/-7.5 acres of Greenhouses. The current owners use natural gas to run the heaters.

+/-7.5 acres of unheated Hoop houses.

+/-1 acre of Worm Beds. The current owner raises composting worms here. The worm castings are used for the soil mix that is also currently made on-site.

Buildings

Packing Plant 120 x 50 Metal Borga Building with a metal attachment of 50 x 60. Plant is currently used to pack tomatoes and cucumbers.

The Farm Market store is 50 x 80. It also is a metal Borga Building. There is an office inside of this building.

Cold Storage

Four (4) +/-1,000 sq. ft. cold rooms that use refrigerant to bring the temperature down to 45 degrees F. One (1) room goes down to 32 degrees F. In addition to the four (4) cold rooms, there is one (1) room with about +/-1,500 sq. ft. used to stage outgoing orders. This room also goes down to 40-45 degrees.

Improvements

The Avenue 416 and Road 68 intersection (the northeast corner of the property) is now signalized. There is natural gas to the greenhouses and even a five (5) bay loading dock.
