We have not been to these properties. We can see that the subdivisions roads were graded long ago, and are overgrown because nobody has been driving on them. We do not know whether you can drive to these properties with no problem in a pickup or SUV, or whether some road grading would be necessary.

From the intersection of S Gold Ave and E Spruce St in Deming.

Drive east on E Spruce St for 0.6 mile.

Turn right onto E Pine St.

299 feet later continue straight onto I-10BL E / E Pine St.

1.9 miles later keep right to continue on NM-549 E.

3.1 miles later turn right onto De Baca Rd SE.

2.7 miles later turn right onto Nolina Rd SE.

0.5 mile later follow the bend to the left, heading roughly south.

0.1 mile later continue straight onto De Silva Rd SE.

0.2 mile later turn left onto Palo Rd SE.

100 yards later the northwest corner of Lot 3 will be on your left.
