0.47 mile later turn left at 40.331786 -110.097518.

0.32 mile later the property will be approximately 87 yards off to your right, north of you. Peach Street, which runs along the east side of Lot 782, has not been graded. You can leave it as is or grade it if you choose to do so.

The way things lie, you can continue west approximately another 0.1 mile and turn right at 40.332253 -110.104577.

Wherever it looks best, approximately 73 to 128 yards later, you might be able to drive across the meadow to your right and reach the property.
