There are currently 32 acres m/l of rich tillable farm ground which is terraced and rotated each year between corn and beans providing income as well as consistent grains for the wildlife on the property. Roughly 6 acres of strategically placed food plots are already established and thriving that consist of clover, alfalfa, corn/beans, and then brassicas in the fall. Several apple, pear, and chestnut trees have been planted as well throughout the farm with some already producing fruit and mast giving the wildlife even more options to eat. The timber on this farm consists of a nice mix of oak, hickory and cottonwood trees all of which make for great cover and roosting trees for the turkeys. There is also a local manager available that takes excellent care of the property, plants and maintains food plots, feeders, cameras, stand hanging/trimming, and whatever else needs to be done on the property while the owner is away.
